Delivery Information
We ship internationally using post and couriers. All deliveries are fully tracked and may require a signature on arrival.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown clearly at checkout.
Free shipping may be available for selected destinations and will be automatically applied where applicable.
Loss, shortages & damaged items:
Please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your order has not arrived or if there is a problem with delivery. Delays reported after this period may limit our ability to investigate with the carrier.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Failed Deliveries & Uncollected Parcels
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may redirect your parcel to a local collection point, parcel shop, depot, safe place or alternative delivery location.
Tracking information is provided when your order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and taking any action required by the carrier, including arranging redelivery or collecting parcels from a designated collection point.
Where a parcel is made available for collection but is not collected within the carrier's stated collection period, the parcel may be returned to Coast Water Sports.
If a parcel is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, was refused, or was not collected, any refund due will be processed once the goods have been received back and inspected.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable where delivery has been attempted or the parcel has been made available for collection.
Where carriers apply return-to-sender charges, customs charges or handling fees, Coast Water Sports reserves the right to deduct these costs from any refund where permitted by law.
If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Duties & Taxes
Orders are shipped to the USA with duties and taxes included. Orders shipped outside the USA and the EU are shipped exluding duties and taxes
If you are outside the USA you may be required to pay import duties, taxes or handling fees before your order is delivered.
These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by us.
We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.
Returns
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns options vary depending on your location.
Some countries may have access to our local returns service provided by EziReturns. Where available, this will be an available country shown in the list on the EziReturns page using the link below.
If your country supports our returns portal and your item meets the size and weight requirements, you will be able to create a return below.

If a local returns service is not available for your country, you will need to return your item using a tracked postal or courier service of your choice.
Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels for most international orders.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless stated otherwise.
You remain responsible for the item until it has been received by us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Important:
All international returns must be clearly marked as: “Returned Goods of UK Origin” to avoid additional customs charges.
Failure to declare returned goods correctly may result in additional charges or delays, which we are unable to reimburse.

Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unused and in resaleable condition
- Original packaging must not be damaged or written on
- Items must be clean and free from odours
Warranty Returns
UK Orders:
For items delivered within the United Kingdom, warranty returns and re-delivery are handled free of charge where the claim is valid.
EU & International Orders:
If your order was delivered outside the United Kingdom and you need to make a warranty claim, the item must be returned to us in the UK for inspection and processing.
The cost of returning the item to the UK is the responsibility of the customer. Once the warranty claim has been assessed and approved, the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to you is also the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes incurred when returning items to us. We recommend clearly marking your parcel as “Warranty Return” to help avoid unnecessary charges.
You remain responsible for the item until it has been received by us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refunds
Returns are processed within up to 10 working days after being received and inspected at our warehouse.
Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund is visible in your account or order lookup, it has already been processed.

Possible Deductions
- Late returns (outside 30 days): up to 20% deduction (e-voucher refund)
- Used or damaged items: up to 50% deduction (e-voucher refund)
- Uncollected, refused or failed deliveries: original delivery charges and any carrier return-to-sender, customs or handling charges may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law
We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you require a different item.
