How Much will Shipping be on my Order:

Shipping rates are shown on the shopping cart page, simply add what you want to your cart and see the available shipping options to your location - as shown in the image below

Free Shipping:

FREE SHIPPING is available to the USA and will be indicated in your shopping cart when available. 

Shortages & Damaged Items:

All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the order being dispatched to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.

Items damaged on arrived must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be entertained.

For Customers in the USA we do offer a the facility for you to purchase a prepaid label for your return. The cost of the label is $19.99 up to 1kg, $24.99 up to 2kg.

Please DO NOT write directly, apply stickers or stamps on to the original packaging as this will affect our ability to re-sell the item and may result in a refund being denied if one is requested. We reserve the right to refuse items sent back with defaced or damaged packaging or to charge for the packaging to be replaced.

Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

Please Select the Reason for Return from the Options Below:

1. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or sent incorrectly

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return damaged/faulty goods. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, please contact us in the first instance to be sent a pre-paid label. Do NOT send any items to us without first confirming the postage costs if you are expecting CoastWaterSports to pay the return costs

For large / heavy items please contact us and we will arrange a collection.

CoastWaterSports will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

2. Items cancelled or returned for refund or exchange

Items Returned Within 30 Days Of Delivery:

If you are not completely satisfied with your goods you may return them unused and in the original condition with tags attached within 30 days of the day that you receive your order. Please state if you require a refund or exchange. See below for goods returned after this 30 day period.

Items must be returned unused and in the original condition with packaging with tags still attached. Please do not remove any tags unless you intend to keep the items.

Rope which has been cut to your bespoke length cannot be returned.

Exchanges

Please re-order the item you need in the correct size online and send the item that dosn't fit back for a refund.

Refunds

Just send the item you don't want back to us in its original condition and packaging and we will sort your refund as soon as we get it back.

Items Returned Outside of the 30 Day Period:

Items can be returned for exchange at the managers discretion outside of this period and may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%

Items must be returned unused and in the original condition with packaging and tags.

Additional Monies & Refunds: Additional monies for return postage or the additional cost of items can be taken on the same card you used when you made your original order with your permission.

3. Items returned from Outside of the EU

Goods returned from overseas must be declared as "Returned Goods"on the Customs Declaration. The Description of the items on the declaration MUST BE "Returned Goods of UK origin" to allow UK Customs clearance. We will not accept any goods returned to us which have incurred Customs charges. Goods which have incurred charges will be refused.

Delivery fees will not be reimbursed, in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (which supersedes the UK Distance Selling Regulations). Click here for details.
