The GEM BCF is designed with a specific body mapping to create a stiff horizontal support. the roving glass fibres are constructed in multiple layers, specific fibre orientation allows the wings to flex diagonally. While the compression and impact resistance are higer, the weight stiffness ratio is slightly lower compared to carbon fibres.

FEATURES

• HORIZONTAL STIFFNESS - The BCF is very stiff from the left to the right side of the harness, this is what we call horizontal stiff. The pull from the kite is evenly distributed over you lower back because the BCF will keep it’s C-shape even during the strongest pulls.
• TORSION TECH - The BCF is designed with a specific layup allowing the harness to warp around your body. This makes the harness more forgiving without compromising on the stiffness
• IMPACT RESISTANCE - By using a unique composite the BCF, has an very good impact resistance compared to traditional composites

• BIONIC CORE FRAME - Attach your leash on the front, makes it easier to pull the quick release when needed and allows you to use a short leash. 
• BATTLEBELT WAISTE CLOSURE - Makes sure the harness doesn’t move around while riding and stops any unwanted discomfort.
• IV-FOAM - Intelligent Viscoelastic foam really sets to your body shape, maximises the comfort and helps the harness stay put. 
• SOFT NEOPRENE EDGES - Soft neoprene prevents rash while riding on bare skin against the edges of the harness, and also creates a closer more comfortable fit.
