The Selden E40i electric 3-speed winch with stainless steel drum is supplied here as a complete electric winch system, including the required power supply and control components for installation.

Important: Only one PSU is required per boat, even when installing multiple winches.

Designed with the motor built directly into the drum, the E40i removes the need for an external motor or gearbox and creates a clean installation with minimal space required below deck. This integrated design is ideal for coachroof installations where space and headroom are limited.

The 3-speed operation provides an excellent balance of speed and control, allowing for fast line retrieval combined with precise trimming under load. The self tailing function ensures secure rope handling, making this winch ideal for halyards, reef lines, outhauls and other control lines.

This system is powered by Selden SEL Bus technology, using a dedicated PSU to convert your boat 12V or 24V supply into an efficient 42V system. The included control pack provides smooth and reliable operation via integrated push button controls.
