Anchors & Anchoring
Take a look at our anchor and anchoring selection with tools and equipment designed to help with the anchoring process. All of our products have been specifically designed and engineered to offer performance like no other, offering a value to boaters that ensures they’re able to continue racing and sailing without any issues. Never will you have to haul your anchor by hand again, with our anchor retrieval ring you’ll steer clear of the old method in the future. See more...
Simply slip the anchor ring over the anchor line and make sure to attach a shackle buoy assembly. Please ensure that you snap the shackle through both eyes of the ring and toss the buoy into the water allowing the ring to slide down the line. From here it’s simple, you’ll need to motor your boat at a 30 degree angle off your anchor point, taking care and making sure that your anchor line is clear of the prop. Continue slowly until the anchor is released from the bottom and increase speed slightly from roughly 5 knots. The anchor line will then slide through the ring as the buoy floats to the surface. You’re good to go from there, once it’s at the surface, go into neutral and pull in the slack anchor line and anchor. The chain will counterbalance the anchor and hold the anchor at the surface.
With the ability to lift up to 80 lb anchor systems and with a stainless steel ring and shackle, you’re guaranteed a strong anchor line that will help you while out on the water. It’s so easy to use and can be used with any size buoy. Check out this essential piece of kit and discover other anchoring equipment to help you while out and about, available from all the very best sailing manufacturers and built to last, guaranteed with a lifetime warranty.
