CoastWaterSports offers a combination of both Post & Courier (DHL, DPD & UPS) delivery to international customers allowing orders to be fully traceable. The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region.

You can choose the delivery speed at checkout. Just look at the dispatch time of the product to see how quick it can be shipped and choose the shipping time that suits.

A signature is required for all orders. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel on the day of delivery.

Free Shipping: Is available to certain destinations when certain thresholds are met and will be indicated in your shopping cart when available. 

Loss, Shortages & Damaged Items: Orders not received within the specified delivery period must be notified to us in writing within 14 days of the order being dispatched. Orders reported after that time cannot be refunded. Items missing or damaged on arrival must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be entertained.

Duties & Taxes

Orders to be delivered to our customers in the USA now include the new duties imposed by the removal of the 800 USD threshold. So your order will be delivered to your door with nothing additional to pay

For customers outside of the USA (and the EU), all orders are shipped without any duty or tax included. These may be payable on arrival to your country to the delivery agent who will pay them to customs on your behalf. We do not know each indicidual countries thresholds, duties and taxes, so please do your research before ordering

Returns & Refunds

CoastWaterSports offers returns for most items within 30 days of receipt of delivery. We want you to have a positive experience every time you shop with us. However, we know there are times when you may want to return items. You are responsible for the cost of return and you are welcome to use any courier of your choice, however we have negotiated a deal with EZI Returns for reduced price returns. Please follow link below.

Items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase as long as they are not worn and are clean, unsmelly, undamaged and resaleable condition (inc. original packaging). Please DO NOT write directly, apply stickers or stamps on to the original packaging as this will affect our ability to re-sell the item and may result in a refund being denied if one is requested.

Refunds & Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on items not returned within the returns window or not in the condition that they were sent out in

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for unwanted items; please place a new order for any alternate items you need. All refunds will be issued to the order's original payment method within 3-5 business days from receipt in our warehouse or once One of our specialists has reviewed the article.
